  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us right away at contact@launch-now.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Organizations

Organization owners and admins control who can access the organization, its data and its subscription. The owner is responsible for the organization's use of the Service and for its members complying with these Terms.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, through Stripe, in USD. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason. By starting to use a paid plan immediately, you ask us to provide the Service during that period; if you withdraw, you pay only for the days used.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload malicious code;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service;
  • try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe, scan or overload our systems;
  • resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement;
  • use the Service to build a competing product by copying it.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you put in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, copy and display it only to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to that content.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding belong to TODO: registered company name (or your full name if sole trader). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. Feedback you send may be used freely to improve the Service.

10. Privacy and data processing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. For personal data you store about others (for example your customers or teammates), our Data Processing Agreement applies and is part of these Terms.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund where appropriate.

12. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, after notice when reasonable. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy; you can export it beforehand.

14. Changes to these Terms

We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of TODO: governing law country (e.g. France). Disputes will be brought before TODO: competent courts (e.g. the courts of Paris, France), without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
